Shipping and Returns

All our prices are inclusive of UK mainland shipping. Most orders are usually shipped by Royal Mail and may require someone to be in at the  address to accept delivery. If you are concerned about missing your parcel, please specify a separate delivery address, (for example a business address) where someone will be, Monday – Saturday in order for your parcel to be successfully delivered. While we aim to ship all orders within 24 hours – we advise you allow 7 working days for delivery to account for any postal delays outside our direct control. If we are aware of any reason why your order may be delayed, we will attempt to contact you by phone and/or email within 48 hours of placing your order. If you are concerned your order has not arrived within 7 working days, please contact us asap so we can investigate.

If a shipping attempt fails, your postman or courier should leave a card at your delivery address with further instructions on how to collect or re-arrange delivery. 


Returns will be accepted within 14 days of delivery. Please enclose a copy of your invoice and any special requests so we can process any exchange or refund without too much delay. Please call or email us before returning any product so we can issue you with a returns authorisation code, then return to:

All returns must be received ‘as new’ with all original parts and packaging. When applicable, any refund will be processed subject to inspection, within 30 days.

We advise you use a method of postage that provides you with proof of delivery.

Any shortages, incorrect orders or faulty items should be reported within 48 hours of delivery.
