All products shown on our website are available subject to availability. We reserve the right to cancel and refund your purchase in the rare event we are unable to supply it.
Delivery is provided as standard to any UK mainland address. For all other delivery locations, when possible, an additional delivery cost may apply.
We aim to dispatch all orders within 24 hours, however we advise you allow 7 working days for delivery accounting for any postal delays outside our direct control.
Please check your address is correct before submitting your order, remembering you may need to be at the address in order to take delivery of your parcel. If you prefer, you can provide an alternative delivery address during the checkout process.
We cannot guarantee delivery dates and times. Therefore, you should assume your order may arrive anytime up to 5pm Monday – Saturday within 7 working days of placing your order.
If we are aware of any reason why your order will not arrive during this timescale, we will let you know by phone or email within 48 working hours.
We cannot cancel an order once it has been shipped.
Returns will be accepted within 14 days of delivery, and must be received as new with all original parts and packaging. Shortages, incorrect orders and faulty products should be advised within 48 hours of delivery. We advise you use a method of postage that provides you with proof of delivery. Please contact us prior to returning any product for a returns authorisation code. Please remember to include a copy of your invoice and any special requests.
Any refund or credit, when applicable will be actioned within 30 days.
Any costs incurred by us as a result of redelivery or resending an order through no fault of ourselves may be charged to the customer at cost.
